Use the pictures below to compare what the Unique Utilities Template currently looks like and what changes you need to make. With the exception of any of your own tweaks and customisations, yours should look like the pictures.
TOP TIP = use a 2 screen setup on Your PC/Laptop if you have one to copy and paste or have your Web Pages open Side by Side to Copy & Paste the information.
A one click “update” button would be lovely, but that isn’t as easy as it sounds or it would already be possible, but we are working on it.

After much desired feedback it became evident that the “Recruitment Stages” options were getting increasingly long and it made more sense to be split into 2 seperate Custom Pipeline Fields, laid out as follows.
!! WARNING BEFORE YOU MAKE THESE CHANGES – Deleting any Options will also delete the fact you may have ticked them!!TOP TIP =
Step 1 – Move your mouse/cursor over “Recruitment Stages”. Click on “Edit Field Settings” and then edit each of the ‘options’ in the “Recruitment Stages” Custom Pipeline Field (see below). Leave any of the existing Personal Development recommendations in place.
Step 2 – Click on “Create a new custom pipeline field” to create the secondary Custom Pipeline Field of “Personal Development Journey (Have they read/listened to the following?)” and enter each of the Check Box Options detailed below.
Step 3 – IT WILL TAKE TIME TO WORK THROUGH THESE = Before Deleting the “old Recruitment Stages” (which will appear as duplicated data). Update each of your existing “Potential & Existing UW Partners”, migrating the recorded ticks from the “old Recruitment Stages” to the new “Personal Development” tick boxes.
Step 4 – ONCE you are happy you have migrated the relevant data/ticked boxes of “old Recruitment Stages” to the new “Personal Development Journey (Have they read/listened to the following?)” ONLY THEN can you confidently go to “Edit field Settings” (of the “Recruitment Stages” Custom pipeline field), to delete each of “old Recruitment Stages”, so as the information is not recorded twice.
